To agree in advance the procedures and processes necessary for compensation of damages, in order to ensure as little involvement of the client as possible and to make compensation of damages as simple as possible.
Provide assistance when reporting damage to the insurance company.
To control the entire process, from application to compensation of damages.
If necessary, in addition to own experience, engage experts to assess the cause and amount of damage.
IN CASE OF NEED
For our clients, we can engage external experts to assess the cause and amount of damage, such as financial, traffic, fire, mechanical and other experts, specialized law firms for damages from certain types of insurance, medical censors, IT experts as support in the case of cyber attacks, etc. with whom we have constant cooperation.
In addition to risk assessment and arranging an adequate insurance program according to the specific needs of the Client, we consider claims management to be the most important activity of our company, which we place special emphasis on.
